The Attempted Assassination of President Trump - Up In Arms

The Attempted Assassination of President Trump

I myself like many others have experienced many emotions, from anger to sadness surrounding the events of Saturday. While I am not very articulate in expressing my thoughts nor am I the most educated on the situation, I am going to do my best on this one.

Firstly, the most popular questions right now, how did a man with a rifle come within 150 yard of a former president speaking at a rally and not be intercepted? This will be the question of the decade as I feel we will never get the whole truth. Theories I have seen travel back to potential George Soros involvement, secret service allowing it and just plain incompetency due to demographic hires. I have seen the video and heard the audio of the female agent calling out asking what to do and where to go, as well as appearing to duck and struggle to holster her weapon. My initial thought on this is "well I can understand being frantic a little and missing your holster" but the reality is, anyone in secret service should have such immense training under stress and without it that that should be muscle memory.  Watching videos prior to shots being fired it is very apparent multiple people including law enforcement were aware of the shooters position. Who was in charge of calling the shots? Again, another question we will never have fully answered as there is no logic to what played out.

Secondly, it is absolutely disgusting the amount of people applauding this act. Not only is it hypocritical from a group of people that is so easily offended by words but it is so incredibly cold not only to Trump as a human but to the two innocent people who lost their lives. I have not personally seen a vast amount of information surrounding the reporter who passed away, however the ex-firefighter Corey Comperatore, who lost his life while protecting his family has gone viral. Not only did a family lose a father and husband, but they now have to live with the fight between knowing he was a hero and protecting them and survivors guilt as they watched this man lose his life. As many are online it is so easy to hurl insults back and forth based on a political stance but when can we all just agree on the basic fact that we are all human and get over the bullshit to understand a tragedy that should not have happened.

Lastly, the shooter, I do not want to spend a lot of energy on him as he does not deserve the attention beyond the truth coming to light. A 20 year old loner with his dads rifle... A kid who did not make the rifle team his freshman year but had a membership to a range with capabilities up to 200 yards. A seeming fan of the second amendment, no real political affiliation beside a donation to a democratic party and being a recent registered voter to the republican party, never having voted. This kid had no real social presence other than a discord account that is stated to have been rarely used and did not include details of his plans. A kid who managed to have a cell phone with a password that "the FBI cannot bypass".

At the end of the day, this is a battle that will not be won with violence, the real fight here is uncovering the truth and uniting the people to make a change as our constitution intended. The government wants us to spend our energy fighting each other so we do not focus on the bigger picture. I would love to hear your thoughts if you are reading this, or any new sources that have come out with more information, feel free to comment below!

You said it all quite well. Focusing on the unbreakable cellphone is something that needs to be highlighted. As for the SS diversity hire. You are 100% correct, it was a bad show and I am sure she is being filed away somewhere. Though, no one really knows how they are going to react to any situation until it happens. You THINK you know but until you here that buzz by your head and that crack, you don’t know for sure.
The Govt spends a lot of money and time dividing the country. There is a lot of slight of hand tricks they play. Example, gun rights, the more they push gun restrictions and the harder they push it, it’s all to have people look away from what they are really doing. Just look at legislation they are trying to pass while they talk about guns or abortion.
The bad part of all this is the general public wants to be spoon fed their information. I have friends that refuse to read for themselves and have actually said. I’ll just watch CNN or FOX. It’s sad.

Great poi ts you made. Keep it up.

Big monkey

This though process is great, its very scary to think how we never know the whole truth in these situations and hopefully a majority can come together and agree and make a stand
